I am pleased to say that Snocap have given us the green light to distribute the Merlin-Snocap deal to the South African independent labels, commencing immediately. In order to facilitate the integration of content, please find attached three documents for distribution to your members.

The first is a brief introductory letter from me.

The second is an outline from Snocap of how labels and/or their distributors can access the deal.

The third is a copy of the actual agreement that labels and/or distributors will need to sign directly with Snocap.

In order to ensure that Snocap are fully prepared, it would be great if you could please let us know once the information is distributed to members.

I realise that many of the labels may have already accessed this deal through their existing distribution channels, however, I am sure many of the smaller and newer labels would love to have access to this agreement.
