AIRCO strives to empower it's Members with the skills and resources to enable a thriving independent South African music sector. AIRCO is currently in consultation on the most effective models of Skills Development, in line with the Organisations Aims and Objectives, and feedback from Members gleaned from workshops across the country. Through workshops and similar events, and resources such as the AIRCO website forums and knowledge base, AIRCO hopes to foster an environment where senior Members can transfer knowledge and skills to emerging labels and provide an environment for such mentorship to take place.
