Notwithstanding the proposal dealing with membership subscription on the proposed Constitution, any member who has paid their first subscription shall be eligible to participate in all the activities of the annual general meeting.

Kindly send items and submissions on which you would like the members to consider during the meeting to the office, attention Office Administrator by 07 October 2008.
