Notice is hereby given that the Special Meeting of members of AIRCO will be held on February 11th 2009 at 10h00 at the Museum Africa Auditorium, Newton Precinct, Johannesburg.

1. To protect the integrity of the Special Meeting, members (or their authorized employees) are requested to bring their identity documents to the meeting and present on registration.
2. Each member entitled to attend and vote at the Special Meeting may appoint one or more proxies to attend, speak and, on a poll, vote in his/her stead. The requirement of presenting an Identity Document also applies to all proxies.
3. A proxy form (Annexure A) should you be unable to attend the meeting.

Proxy forms must reach the AIRCO Secretariat offices by no later than close of business on the 9th February 2009.

A copy of the audited 2007/8 Annual Financial Statements have been posted in the Member's Area of our website at www.airco.org.za/knowledge-base, and can be downloaded here.
