Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of members of AIRCO will be held on the 7th October 2009 at 10h00 at the Bassline, Newton Precinct, Johannesburg. The purpose of the meeting is to present member's benefits and the projects which AIRCO will be rolling out in the year ahead.

The agenda will include;

1. A Presentation of Members' benefits and the roll out plan – (Tactical Plan)
2. A Report back from the Fact Finding Mission Team

1. Each member who is present by a representative at the Annual General Meeting is entitled to one vote.
2. Each member entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting may appoint one or more proxies to attend, speak and, on a poll, vote in his/her stead.
