| FACT FINDING MISSION TASK TEAM INVITATION |

1. Background. AIRCO members resolved at the Special General meeting that a Fact Finding Team be formed comprising of three members to look at cooperate governance issues and allegations of financial irregularity by the association. A three-man task team was formed, but one member has since withdrawn due to other commitments. The Board has since resolved that a replacement be sourced from members to fill the vacated seat. 2. Request: AIRCO seeks to invite its members to serve on the Fact Finding Mission Team to look into matter surrounding corporate governance issues as was outlined at the Special General Meeting of the 31st August 2009. 3. Expected Outcomes/Results of the Intervention: a. To carry out a commission into the queries surrounding the Associations finances in relation to the Procurement Policy (Item 10/2009) 4. Task Team Members should: a. Prepare a report of its findings for Board Review which will be presented to AIRCO’s members at the 7th October Annual General Meeting at the Bassline, Newtown at 10h00. 5. Submission. a.
